The validation of your order means that you have read and accepted the General Sales conditions.

Orders are only dealt with by internet.
Chrono-Stock.biz reserves the right to cancel or refuse and order without justification and in this case the client will be informed by email and reimbursed.

2. Stock and product availability
Our product offers are made within the limits of the stock available.
If a purchased product is unavailable, you will be fully reimbursed.

3. Costs
The prices of products are given in euros, in us dollars or in pounds and include all taxes but exclude delivery costs.
Chrono-Stock reserves the right to modify the prices at any given moment.
The products sold on Chrono-Stock.biz are solely for private customers over the age of 16.

4. Secure payment.
The payment process managed by Paypal is made completely secure by an encoded SSL 128 bit.
Chrono-Stock never has access to a client's financial details.

5. Customs duties.
Certain orders made through Chrono-Stock could be subject to customs duties.
These costs are to be undertaken by the client. We are not responsible for checking or knowing the charges applicable for each country. For increased security, clients should contact the customs office of their country for further information.

6. Delivery
The delivery times given are only an indication. Chrono-Stock.biz undertakes to dispatch products in the shortest time possible, however Chrono-Stock is not responsible for any transportation or delivery problems. The products are sent to the address you provided when ordering. If the dispatch of your product is delayed, you will be informed by email.

7. Problems upon receipt of your parcel.
You must immediately notify both the deliverer and Chrono-Stock should you have any problems upon receipt of your parcel.

8. Refunds
As Chrono-Stock offers the lowest prices possible we cannot refund any product once it has been ordered. However, any product which is damaged or does not function correctly as a result of a error on the behalf of Chrono-Stock can be exchanged provided that it is sent back with it's original packaging as well as the instructions and all the accessories that were provided.

9. The responsibility of Chrono-Stock.biz
It is not the responsibility of Chrono-Stock.biz if a product does not comply with the legislation of the country where the product is to be delivered. It is up to the client to check with the local authorities about importing or using the product before ordering.

10. Product Guarantee
The products sold on Chrono-Stock.biz are guaranteed for a minimum of one year. The guarantee for each product is indicated in the description. Contact us in the case of a problem, in the case of an exchange the product must be returned to us in the condition it was in when it reached you along with all accompanying elements (original packaging, instructions, accessories...) However, the guarantee does not cover the replacement of consumables (batteries, headphones, pickups...), abnormal or non conformist usage of the product (check the instructions carefully!), the results of the intervention of a repairer or any other external cause.
